Lee's Investment For Everyone (L.I.F.E.) The adoption of the Ten-Year Plan could not have come at a better time. The current economic climate coupled with the crash of the housing market exacerbated the crisis of homelessness. Implementation Progress Eight sub-committees developed goals and objectives for Lee's Investment For Everyone (L.I.F.E.) : . The community Human Service Council provides oversight of the Ten-Year Plan and receives regular updates. Many community groups are involved in the implementation of the Plan and are working to accomplish the goals set forth. ​ Goals Objectives Organizations working to alleviate homelessness are encouraged to enter accomplishments on a regular basis. An online database was created to capture the accomplishments related to the in Lee County and to share this information publicly to prevent duplication of efforts, improve collaborations, and improve outcomes for people who are in need of services.
